Company overview

Usborne Community Partnerships

Usborne Partners sell children’s books through schools, local events, book parties and online. The role is part of Usborne Community Partnerships.

What would you do?

You might organise a book event with a school, take a stall at a local fair or help families choose books. Usborne also offers an online selling route. The work involves finding customers and arranging opportunities to show the books, as well as taking orders.

How do you earn?

Partners earn commission from book sales. There are also bonuses on sales made by people you mentor. For a school event or a stall, allow time for the organising and include any travel or organiser’s fees in your budget.

What does joining involve?

The UK starter kit costs £48 with UK delivery included. Usborne says there is no ongoing subscription fee. The kit includes physical books, so you will need room to keep and carry them. Applicants must be 18 or over. You choose a mentor and have access to training and business resources.
