You would introduce people to the range, help them choose products and build repeat custom. Printed brochures, a digital brochure and an online shop give you different ways to reach customers. Taking orders yourself also means organising those orders and dealing with the people buying from you.

How do you earn?
Reps earn from product sales, through customer orders and their Avon online shop. Avon also offers a separate Leader role for people who want to support a team. Your sales earnings need to cover any business expenses before you make a profit.

New reps buy an Essentials Pack with brochures and order materials. Allow for the materials and delivery involved in the way you choose to work.
